Pastry Blender Model AM-40

The Inblan Pastry blender is designed to make stiff dough especially for making churros. It has a maximum output of 40 kg. One of the main specifications of this innovative design is that incorporates a tip-up water tank with 25 l. capacity provided with a resistor to heat the said tank. The water tank as well as the dough container are made of stainless steel and placed on an aluminium base that has rotating wheels to favouring the displacement. Besides, it comes with two kneading speeds, slow and fast, which, along with a helix-shaped blade, produce an excellent mix. After water boils, this can be easily added to the flour by folding down the water deposit , which does not have to be removed. Therefore, burns produced as a results of splashes are avoided. This kneading machine is equipped with a 600-watt resistor for heating flour in the kneading tank
