The IN-BLAN machine for ejecting dough is especially designed to make porras, cohombros and tejeringos. Thanks to its pioneering ejecting system by means of doctor rolls, not only refines the dough but also makes an excellent quality product.

It is mainly featured by a built-in speed changer that allows you to adjust dough ejecting speed. It is also easily adjustable to any deep fryer so that only takes a minimum space.

This device is manufactured in stainless-steel and is also simple to use and to clean, thus both the container and doctor rollers are easily taken apart.
